Vapourising the black hole

Make a miniature black hole by producing high levels of gravitational waves. Get few rock samples from different parts of earth and put them in a circular orbit around the region from where the gravitational waves are being produced. With the help of the wave producer, produce high frequency radiation waves, high enough to sustain in vacuum. If the experiment is successful the black hole should radiate away into vapour. Then we can launch a high frequency wave producer which from a distance could continuously release high frequency electromagnetic waves and also radiation waves. As the black hole pulls in the radiation waves, they, on their way will take some mass along with them and so the black hole will become weaker and over a millennium, it will be no more a threat to the earth as it would have almost vapourised away.

How I got to this conclusion?

When you think about it from a different perspective, it seems like black holes are not an invincible force, in fact, the radiation that the black holes emit, if used correctly can be the phenomenon that take over the black hole.
